In 2020, Schleich is celebrating its 85th anniversary.

Friedrich Schleich founded the company in 1935. The now famous Schleich figurines first came to life in the 1950s. At that time Schleich started to concentrate on the development, production and marketing of comic figurines. And they are still popular and well known: The Smurfs, Snoopy, and many many more.

Since the early 1980's the company added animal figurines to their range of products and consequently extended this area. The animal play worlds created over the years are a true reflection of nature on a smaller scale. Spanning from the lost world of the dinosaurs to domestic and wild animals of present times. Meanwhile, and starting in 2003, Knights, the Wild West theme and Elves have also been added to the popular Schleich Play Worlds.

The design of the products is as realistic and naturalistic as possible. This enables children to experience the large variety of nature – from domestic animals on a farm to wild animals in the jungle. When deciding on licensing products such as comic figurines Schleich pays careful attention to their character and the message they carry.

HORSE CLUB – Come visit the Horse Club!
There’s never a dull moment at the stable! When they’re not busy saddling up for a ride, the riders tend to their horses: combing and brushing first, followed by their favorite food in their stall. Come visit the horses and experience adventures with the four girls from the Horse Club.

FARM WORLD – Never a dull moment at the farm!
Schleich’s Farm World isn’t just home to livestock like cows and pigs, but also to dogs and horses. The Labrador Retriever and her puppy guard the farm while the cat looks in on the chickens and the mischievous ducks and goats watch.

WILD LIFE – Experience wwild adventures!
Trek through the savanna, go on safari and experience thrilling adventures at the jungle. Discover the world with wild lions, zebras and rhinos. Get to know the jungle creatures that live in the dense, tropical rainforest and accompany Ranger Tom and his team as they explore the jungle. Help them uncover the secrets of the CROCO research station. When he goes out on his quad or in the dinghy, Ranger Tom encounters dangerous crocodiles, majestic elephants and orangutans.

DINOSAURS – Loud and gigantic!
Small and nimble, big and strong, massive and winged – with these Schleich dinosaurs in all shapes and sizes, you’ll never be bored again. Discover the primordial giants, from the T rex and triceratops to the raptors. But not only hungry dinosaurs are roaming, volcanos threatens to erupt at any time.

bayala – Filled with magic!
At the heart of bayala lives graceful elves and many enchanted beings. Discover a fantastical world of friendship, magic and adventure. Visit the elves, unicorns and magical horses in the beautiful world around the magical elf castle. Join the elf, Sera, in her magical flower boat along with other magical creatures for a ride on the sea.

Eldrador Creatures – Hunting for the super weapon!
From the four worlds of Eldrador, the lava world has managed to get hold of the super weapon. This provides the hot-headed creatures with an evil power that they can use to rule the other worlds of water, stone and ice. Only by seizing the super weapon can the others manage to save their own worlds.
