WF-C700N: Sony launches new mid-range headphones
There are new headphones from Sony. Compared to the previous model, the WF-C700N have become smaller - and are still in the mid-price segment.
The Japanese company Sony has unveiled new true wireless headphones in the mid-range segment. The WF-C700N are not just another pair of headphones that come with an extraordinarily complicated name, but also promise good value for money: the starting price is 129 francs.
The WF-C700N have become significantly smaller compared to their predecessor, the Sony WF-C500, which should make them more comfortable to wear. They also now come with active noise cancellation (ANC) and the same battery life: ten hours without ANC and 7.5 hours with.
Thanks to Sony's DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine), the new earphones should also offer high sound quality. The standard can improve digital music by means of upscaling - and thus come close to the original recording despite Bluetooth transmission.
