- Very good image quality and high resolution up to ISO 1,600
- Comparatively good image quality even in the high ISO range (from 1,600)
- Camera body with good handling
- Decent display: 3.0 inch, 1.04 million subpixels, wide viewing angles
- The display can be rotated and swivelled and has a precise touch surface.
- The autofocus with 45 cross sensors works up to an open aperture of F8
Good SLR camera for high demands. With good optical viewfinder, large image converter and network function. Especially good in the eye test. Good all round, very good monitor to flip (270 degrees) and swivel (180 degrees), very good flash, fast camera, basic handles work easily, many extras and functions.
Canon introduces the EOS 850D, an upgraded version of the EOS 800D: Both use a 24-megapixel AP5-C format sensor and a 45-field phase AF system. Thanks to the new Digic 8 image processor, which is also found in the mirrorless EOS R and EOS RP, the 850D now works faster than the D77 or the D800 with the same image sensor...
