The Fire HD 8 is unrivalled in terms of price, but it is also not a top tablet. It offers a very long battery life, but only a moderate speed and little memory, which can at least be expanded. The display has a comparatively low resolution, which means it lacks sharpness and colours are distorted.

Without Google services such as the Play Store, the Huawei tablets can only be used to a limited extent and therefore receive a downgrade. It's a shame, because the hardware on both MatePads is really good. And if you can do without the super OLED display of the 1000 euro Pro model, the MatePad 12X is a really large tablet at a significantly lower price of 650 euros.
