The GO bar features a 3.5 mm and a 4.4 mm jack for connecting headphones, as well as a USB-C input for connecting a music source. Included in the package is a leather case for the GO bar, a USB-C cable for Android devices, a Lightning cable for Apple devices, and a USB-A adapter for connecting to a computer. This makes the GO bar compatible with virtually any portable device.

The DAC section of the GO bar utilizes a powerful 16-core XMOS microcontroller to process the audio data received via the USB input. The in-house iFi team has programmed the XMOS firmware to optimize sound quality and ensure perfect collaboration with the 32-bit Cirrus Logic DAC chipset.

The elegant casing of the GO bar features buttons for precise volume control and various sound settings. Colored LEDs on the GO bar indicate the format and sample rate of the currently playing audio signal and provide information on whether XBass+ (analog bass enhancement) and/or XSpace (for a spatial sound experience like at a live concert) are activated.
