The Libratone Loop can be hung on the wall or placed on a delicate stand on a shelf or table. In any case, it should deliver a "fantastic 360 degree FullRoom sound". In addition to the two 1" ribbon tweeters and the 4" subwoofer there is a passive bass radiator.
The amplifier with integrated digital signal processor (DSP) delivers 120 watts. The frequency spectrum of the loop is 40-20,000 Hz, the maximum sound pressure level is 99 dB.
The Libratone receives audio signals wirelessly via AirPlay, PlayDirect (a kind of AirPlay without an existing Wi-Fi network), DLNA (Windows and Android devices), USB audio and classic via a 3.5mm cable. Jack socket.

Der Libratone Loop überzeugt als Lautsprecher für daheim. Dass man bei dem eher unbekannten Hersteller aus Dänemark auf Qualität trifft, konnte durch die Partnerschaft mit Apple bereits vermutet werden und findet in unserem Test Bestätigung. Durch den zwingenden Anschluss an eine Steckdose ist er zwar nicht so flexibel wie andere Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, doch Klang und die Konnektivität lassen dafür...

Das ungewöhnliche aber durchaus schicke Design ist gelungen und mittels mitgelieferter Ausstattung kann der Lautsprecher auch an der Wand befestigt werden. Neben dem Zuspielen via WLAN kann der Nutzer hier auch per USB Daten wiedergeben. Der Klang ist raumfüllend und beeindruckt mit kraftvollem Auftritt. Nur etwas mehr Wärme könnte der Sound noch brauchen.

Der Loop ist nicht nur sehr flott und einfach installiert, sondern sieht dabei auch sehe schick aus. Der Klang ist zumeist exzellent und nur bei sehr hoher Lautstärke neigt das System zum Übersteuern. Für kleine Parties reicht aber die Leistung allemal aus und mittels App ist die Bedienung ebenfalls möglich.
