There are more lively and finely structured sounding amplifiers than the MA 700. On the other hand, no amp in this price range can really tick off all the requirements perfectly: even more sonic fine-tuning automatically either becomes more expensive, or costs concessions in terms of equipment...

The Magnat MA 700 is a solidly constructed hybrid amplifier with a high-quality tube preamplifier and powerful transistor power amplifiers. The acoustic design is outstanding. The high-quality workmanship inside and out is to be praised, as is the tidy connection equipment. HDMI-ARC, Phono-MM and Bluetooth with aptX are not missing either.
