Die Nikon D5300 ist ein gelungenes Paket für Fotografen aus guter Ausstattung und hoher Bildqualität. Die Fernsteuerung mit Snartphone oder Tablet über WLAN ist praktisch. Für Sportfotografen ist das Serienbildtempo allerdings zu niedrig.
Für etwa 550 Euro bekommt man mit der Nikon D5300 eine gute Kamera an die Hand. Die DSLR lässt bei Preis-Leistung reichlich Luft nach oben und hat auch darüber hinaus nur wenige Highlights zu bieten, dennoch ist sie gerade für Einsteiger eine interessante Alternative.

Wer sich bewusst für eine Spiegelreflex-Kamera entscheidet und sich mit wenig Geld an das Thema herantasten möchte, liegt hier genau richtig. Die Nikon D5300 punktet mit einer benutzerfreundlichen Bedienung und einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Gemessen am Preis ist die Nikon recht üppig ausgestattet und verfügt auch über eine WLAN Einheit. Damit kann der Nutzer die Kamera mittels Smartphone App fernsteuern und auch ein GPS Modul ist mit an Bord. Leider ist die Seriengeschwindigkeit der D5300 nicht hoch, sodass große Serien hier kaum möglich sind.

Die Nikon ist der knappe Testsieger und kann auch bei den Videos überzeugen. Zwar ist die Länge der Filme auf maximal 10 Minten beschränkt aber mit einem Anschluss für ein externes Mikro sowie vielen manuellen Einstellungen bietet das Modell große Flexibilität. Allerdings ist die Fernsteuerung via WLAN nur für Fotoaufnahmen möglich.
Für Globetrotter. Nikons Einsteigermodell punktet mit sehr gutem optischen Sucher, langer Akkulaufzeit, GPS und Netzwerkfunktion. Der integrierte GPS-Empfänger zeichnet Satellitendaten zur Standortbestimmung auf. Die Kamera sendet ihre Fotos auf Wunsch an Smartphone, Tablet oder PC. Der klapp- und schwenkbare Monitor ermöglicht gezielte Fotos aus ungewöhnlichen Perspektiven.
