Im Bedienkonzept überwiegt die Gemeinsamkeit, wenn man vom Touchscreen der G2 absieht. Bei der Bildqualität wird deutlich, dass die GF1 im hausinternen Vergleich eine Generation zurück ist. Schon ab ISO 400 rauscht sie sichtbar (VN 2,2), bei ISO 800/1600(VN 3,0/3,6) star. Die Texturverluste bleiben dabei moderat.

Die GF1 bietet nicht die beste Leistung, wenn sie als "Point an Shoot" eingesetzt wird. Dieses leistungsstarke Werkzeug schöpft sein Potenzial in geübten Händen aus.

Die GF1 ist Panasonics erste Kompaktkamera mit Wechselobjektiven. Ihre Bildqualität enttäuschte uns, was das Rauschen anging. Dynamikumfang und Auflösung waren dagegen okay.
