As far as I know, the PS5 only supports 4k and not 2k. However, the monitor can display a maximum of 60fps at 4k. Then the only possibility would be to see if you can set the output on the PS5 to 1080p to achieve 120fps. Unfortunately, I don't have a PS5 yet and therefore don't know whether the output resolution is also dependent on the game or can be set in the game. If so, you could also try it via this.
