A disappointment across the board, especially compared to the Plantronics 5200 UC.
I don't know if it has anti-wind technology like Plantronics 5200.

- Management app (if it works) is mininalist, nothing like what Poly5200 offers
- Multi-function button that squeezes in the direction of the ear is uncomfortable.
- Overall quality doesn't seem great.
- Does not speak the name of the caller.
- It is not possible to answer with voice.
- No connection to PC and synchronization with video calling apps like Teams or Zoom.
- Doesn't have a case to store it or maybe even charge it.
- Speaker volume too low.
- Mute not synced with phone either.
- When speaking in mute the headset does not alert, it just makes a regular beep

I have been extremely satisfied with all Jabra devices to date. The specifications for this product were exactly what I wanted: Simultaneous pairing with a notebook and a smartphone. The sound quality is very good. Unfortunately, the microphone is absolutely poor. Everyone I spoke to complained about the poor quality, too quiet, always with dropouts, metallic sound. Even experimenting with the microphone sensitivity did not help. The idea of the product is very good. However, the poor microphone makes it useless.
