I bought the stick to store my professional test data.
The stick starts up quickly - the specified values are actually achieved (Kinston speaks of 220MB/s when reading and 100MB/s when writing.
In my case, each test data set was several gigabytes in size.
1-2 GB were saved quickly, but then it got slower and slower (even with very large files!!!). Initially, a write time of 15 minutes was estimated - this could easily turn into 8 hours. Towards the end of the saving process, sometimes only a few kB/s were achieved.
Absolutely unacceptable - it copied for 7 days in a row until half the stick was full!
...and then it got even MUCH slower... nothing worked anymore...

The write rate drops sharply to below 10MB/s after a few seconds. Even my USB stick from 2013 is much faster. Simply rubbish. Never again.

I wanted to copy my music data from around 250 GB to this stick, but gave up. It writes briefly at the specified speed of approx. 85MB/s but then quickly drops down to the range of a few to 0 KB/s, then it recovers briefly and the game starts all over again. With this amount of data, this takes several days.
Tested on several systems. Same effect. USB3 interface was taken into account.
After the first purchase, I thought the stick was defective and immediately received a new one under warranty from Galaxus. But this one doesn't work any better.
