Useless. Needs manual interaction before alarm
Once again, a team of developers has done a great job. All that happens when the detector is triggered is that the light switches on as long as the detector is signalling (as long as the door is open). After that, you have to activate the alarm manually in the app (i.e. be awake, have your mobile online, valuable seconds wasted, the burglar is already standing by the bed or has ripped out the Hue Bridge). Why this manual intermediate step? Completely useless. Alarm means open the door, then something happens, not that you have to wake up, open something in the app and then press a button.
