One Kryosheet has been in service for 2 years (5 months on a 2700X, now on a 5600X) Another is in use on the 7900 XT. This is because conventional thermal paste had led to rising temperatures over a period of 1 to 1.5 months. Reapplying different pastes only solved the problem for a short time. With the Kryosheet, the temperatures remain constant for 5 months.
The cryosheet is very fragile and requires some sensitivity when handling and applying it.
If it has to be cut, it is best not to use scissors, but rather a razor blade.
For me, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Already used on 3 different CPU's. Feels fragile in hand but the sheet itself was not damaged by repeated mountings. I did not notice any significant difference in performance with my usual thermal paste.

*Most pastes are not conductors and are therefore completely unproblematic if you were to completely grease the board with them. These pads, on the other hand, are very good conductors and should NEVER be replaced during operation (but hopefully nobody does that anyway)

get info!!! Which size you need is important and avoids problems with creasing cutting and and! which is superfluous if you have bought the right size because you have checked what you need

Before cutting it out, it is convenient to make a shape with the exact measurements on paper.
