Does what it should but is extremely expensive
I needed it for an upgrade for an older Mac Book Pro. Works well, but you should expect that for the price.

Good choice - MBR partition table a clear minus
Good SSD, does what it should, but one big minus:
To restore a Timemachine backup directly, the partition table must first be changed to GPT in the hard disk utility. To do this, all devices must be displayed, then the hard disk or SSD (not the partition) must be selected and deleted. GPT can then be selected as the partition table instead of MBR. (means something with GUID).
Otherwise super product, especially the supplied tool is high quality and suitable. 4 stars only because of the partition table vegetables...Pro
