The Caster Video is a groundbreaking video and audio production console that offers much more than a traditional video mixer. The 30 cm wide console includes seven dedicated scene buttons and six source buttons, as well as AUTO, CUT, and six function buttons: Fade to Black, Media, Overlay, Multi Source, Keying, and Inspect. The back panel is equally impressive: it has four HDMI inputs, two HDMI outputs, five USB-C ports, four 6.35 mm TRS jacks for speakers and headphones, two XLR/6.35 mm combo jacks for microphones and line sources, and a microSD card slot for the two integrated media players.

The Caster Video allows direct recording (H.264) to an external USB drive, ISO recording from six video sources plus the program feed, as well as direct RTMP streaming to popular platforms via Ethernet or wirelessly over Wi-Fi. The Caster Video features four HDMI inputs, two freely configurable HDMI outputs, and an Ethernet port. Additionally, there are five USB-C ports: 2x USB-C input for video (UVC) or RØDE USB audio devices, 2x USB-C port for connecting to a computer (Dual Audio/Video Interface), plus a separate USB output for an external drive. Media files (MP4, JPG, PNG, WAV) can be played from the microSD card, with the corresponding slot located above the Ethernet port.
