The renkCast 3 is the logical further development of its successful predecessor. The integrated WLAN module is significantly more powerful and faster, and web pages now load even faster thanks to twice as much RAM. The antenna is now in an external housing and can be optimally aligned, ensuring interference-free operation even behind your TV set.

Ideal for meeting rooms and offices, the small HDMI stick transmits photos, videos, music, and even websites or documents to your TV. It doesn't matter whether the content comes from the Internet or is stored on your smartphone or tablet. Thanks to DLNA support, content from network hard drives (NAS) from a wide range of manufacturers can also be streamed to the renkCast 3.

Complete mirroring of the screen content is easiest to realize for iOS devices, as renkCast 3 supports Apple's AirPlay technology. Android devices require the Miracast standard, which is generally not compatible with other WLAN functions. The stick must therefore be switched for the Miracast function (EZMirror in the Android app). Alternatively, the stick can also boot in Miracast mode; however, iOS devices can then no longer access it.

The renkCast 3 also fits perfectly to the HDMI connection of a projector. Together with the free EZCast software for Windows and Mac OS, it is the perfect combination for presentations.

Simple operation is facilitated via the free EZCast app for iOS and Android, which is used to transmit websites, photos, or videos. Many other functions are also controlled by the app. Mirroring (MiraCast) on Android devices can transfer any app installed on the smartphone to the screen, including streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.
