Das mit seinem 3,5-Zoll-Display sehr kompakte Galaxy Young 2 wird vom Hersteller als Einsteiger-Smartphone beworben, der Modellbezeichnung entsprechend nicht zuletzt für Kinder. Ob diese mit einer 3,2-MP-Kamera ohne Blitzlicht, dem schwach auflösenden Display und ohne Frontkamera viel Freude damit haben, sei dahingestellt...
Das Galaxy Young 2 ist preiswert, es ist gut verarbeitet und auch die Software bewegt sich auf einem aktuellen Niveau. Darüber hinaus muss man jedoch vor allem die schwache Laufzeit, die schlechte Kamera und auch das Display kritisieren.
