Vor allem mit einem sehr starken Autofokus kann das Tamron SP 2,8 / 70-200 mm Di VC USD im Test von sich überzeugen. Die Auflösung ist gut, die Objektivgüte ist hoch und auch die Ausstattung lässt hier wenige Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine sehr starke Alternative unter den Tele-Zooms für Nikon-Vollformat-Systeme.

Das Tamron ist sehr lichtstark und hat in der zweiten Blendenstufe einen höheren Kontrast sowie schärfere Abbildung. Allerdings erkauft sich das Objektiv das ganze mit einem höheren Gewicht, das die Handhabung nicht leichter macht. Dennoch eine Empfehlung für die geringeren Randabfälle.
