The Blu-ray 3D player is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and offers many features. The BD-S673 can be controlled, among other ways, via the iPhone/iPad/Android app. Thanks to CEC compatibility, it is SCENE-capable and responds accordingly. Visually, it fits perfectly with the current RX-Vx73 AV receiver series.

YouTube Leanback compatible, compatible with the AV Controller app for iPhone/iPad and Android devices/tablets for easy operation, DLNA certified, Picasa compatible for viewing digital photos from your Picasa account.

Der Yamaha ist nicht nur ein guter BD Player, der zahlreiche Formate mit seinem internen Mediaplayer unterstützt, sondern richtet sich auch an Musikfans, da er hierfür zahlreiche Anschlüsse bietet. Das altbackene Menü sowie die lange Ladezeit speziell bei Blurays sind allerdings verbesserungswürdig.
