Hi Verena. Yes, you can. The best thing is to access the printer via a web browser and deactivate WLAN. Remember to also deactivate Wifi-direct, otherwise the printer will continue to radiate. It can be found under the Status tab. Deactivate it there. If the device also has Bluetooth, you can also deactivate it in the web server.
