Does this monitor support USB-C to USB-C charging and display? I have this monitor and bought a C-C cable but get a 'slow USB connection' message and a warning on my laptop. (I use a Dell monitor and have no issues with the same cable and laptop.)

I have attached this to my Mac mini M1 using the USB-c thunderbold connection. From the monitor I have attached a backup device and I also use the Monitor to connect to my digital camera. The camera connection is used to charge the camera and also to transfer images. I transfer a large volume of images, each is 86M in size. When not connecting the camera I use the monitor connection to connect to my headphone set for Skype meetings.

I have not experienced any charging or data transfer issues however I frequently get a warning that the USB-C cable is not the recommended cable and that I should use the manufacturer's cable but I ignore this error as everything appears to be working just fine for me. I am using an Apple USB-c to USB-c thunderbolt cable.

I have several USB-C ables and I have noticed that some are rather thin and flimsy when compared to the Apple cable which has a substantially thicker cable diameter. They say size does not matter but may be in the case of USB-C cables, size may matter ;-)

I hope the above helps.
