Just bought the printer and installed it, but the paper feed doesn't work, no matter what paper is in it. It doesn't seem to recognise that there is paper in it and then just scans from the printer glass even though there is nothing on it. I've tried it with different papers, individually and in a stack, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have a tip for me or does it have to go back to Galaxus?
