Not easy to do. As far as I know, with 'normal' mobile connections you are behind NAT and transparent proxies, etc. and therefore have no public IP to your own device. In principle, you can only get through with complicated methods such as TCP hole punching or, in this case, with UDP hole punching. For this you usually need an external host with a public IP that negotiates the connections, encapsulates the packets and provides the services such as FTP on a fixed port (see e.g. STUN).
Warning: Such methods usually violate the terms of use or the general terms and conditions; this can lead to termination of the contract or more trouble.
