Sunrise recently started offering Unlimited Data subscriptions (with max 300Mbit instead of 150). They have a Huawei router (https://www.sunrise.ch/en/residential/geraete/hotspots/huawei-router-b618-lte/huawei_router_b618ltecat11white.html), is it better than this one? Can anyone help me?

Depends on the purpose. Netgear can switch between cable and 4G, i.e. 4G is more of a backup. The Sunrise router will probably make more sense for a pure 4G connection. You can connect external antennas and it seems to amplify the mobile signal.

I suggest to not use this router with Sunrise...it doesn't work well. Internet connection goes down very frequently (every hour or so) and only way to recover is to reload the router. I've opened a case with Netgear and they are investigating it. It seems many people have the same problem, so it's a firmware bug. On the other hand, when it works it's pretty fast.

Also, I've tried it with Salt and with that it seems fine. I had it for a couple of days and no issues.

If issue doesn't get resolved, I'm actually thinking to switch to the router provided by Sunrise (which is also cheaper).
