Why does Digitec keep changing the delivery date all the time? A week ago I ordered the Macbook Pro 16 and it was supposed to be delivered today on 29.01.2020. Now the delivery date has been changed exactly today to "Expected mid-February". For me, Digitec is no longer as reliable as it used to be.
The same here. Delivery is now around mid-February. According to the hotline, the supplier could not deliver. And yes, I would have liked to have been informed promptly (which came yesterday at around 10 pm by e-mail...).
Unfortunately, we are always dependent on the responsible suppliers when it comes to delivery dates. Unfortunately, the delivery date of this notebook had to be postponed due to the delay in delivery. However, we are in contact with the supplier so that we can provide reliable information as soon as possible. I would like to apologise for the circumstances that have arisen.
I would have expected an email or SMS that the delivery date has been changed. Now I hope to get feedback from Digitec.
