Grumpy meets sunshine on ice. Since childhood, Anastasia Allen has dreamed of making it to Team USA and thus to the Olympics. Thanks to her scholarship at the University of California and a strict yet perfect schedule, the figure skater is closer to her dream than ever before. But suddenly, one of the few ice rinks on campus has to close, and shortly after, Anastasia's figure skating partner drops out as well. Completely unexpectedly, Nathan Hawkins, the popular and extremely attractive captain of the hockey team, offers to step in for him. Anastasia agrees to the offer, but she can't afford any more distractions—especially not in the form of her new partner, who makes her heart race with every little smile.
