Question about Cricut Maker 3

When I plot a text (e.g. Arial bold), the lines are not really straight or are a little curved towards the corners. This is not a problem with a curved font, but if I want to make stickers in "block letters", it looks very "hobby" or cheap. Has anyone had this problem? Or does anyone have a solution? ...calibration is the machine. I have the feeling that the problem lies in the cutting speed, which can't be adjusted, can it?

I also have the same problem. It’s annoying. And I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to be like that. Does it happen both with mats and without. Did you check if the mat is mooving sideways when cutting ?

What is meant by "plotting text"? Writing with a pen or cutting out?
If you mean writing with a pen: Select a different font (from Cricut), but make sure it is a cursive font that also has straight lines in it. If Maker 3 still produces rounded lines, then something is really wrong. But if it works, then it could be Arial Black itself. Not every font works equally well.
