Does anyone perhaps know the problem that the flap no longer opens?
We operated the flap without batteries for a while. Now that we have put batteries back in, we can no longer open the lock. No matter whether with or without batteries. It always stays closed when you come in.

Hi. Write to customer service in the UK (address on the instruction manual) they are very friendly and will be able to help you. In the meantime I have bought another cat flap because I think this one is not quite the best!
