I am not at all satisfied with the product. Effectiveness is probably debatable, but much cheaper models "work" much better for me. Handling: The buttons are extremely difficult to feel and press. Absolutely impractical. Shape: The flexible shaft can hardly be moved and is too bent for my liking. Conclusion: Far too expensive and unfortunately not as effective as simpler ones.
