Preparation

Here's how to prepare coffee with the Brikka: fill the kettle with water using the included measuring cup (4 cups: 180 ml), insert the funnel filter into the kettle, and fill it with ground coffee for espresso makers without pressing it down. Screw the container onto the kettle to securely close the coffee pot without using the handle. Place the coffee pot on the heat source. Use medium heat on the stove. Check the Brikka immediately after the cream has fully formed in the container and remove it from the heat promptly. Pour the coffee into the cups, distributing the coffee and cream evenly.
