Thanks to its OptiBrew system, you can savor the finest flavors derived from unique ingredients – just like a sommelier.

The Sommelier coffee machine is equipped with a powerful brewing system that heats the water in no time. At the optimal brewing temperature, it extracts the coffee grounds evenly, quickly, and thoroughly, ensuring a hot, fully developed, and aromatic coffee experience. Once the brewing process is complete, it automatically shuts off – safe and convenient. So, you no longer have to remember to turn it off and can focus on other things with peace of mind.

To enhance flavor, the Sommelier coffee machine features the Brita water filter system, which reduces the chlorine content in drinking water and largely prevents limescale buildup. This allows the coffee to unfold its full, enticing aroma without any interference. The adjustable water filter change indicator shows when the Brita water filter needs to be replaced.

With the push of a button, the coffee filter swings out, allowing for easy insertion of the filter paper and coffee grounds. The swing filter can also be removed and placed on the kitchen table for convenient filling of the coffee grounds. For lasting enjoyment, the coffee flows directly into the stainless steel thermal carafe, which keeps it warm for several hours thanks to its double-walled vacuum insulation.
