The traditional portafilter ECZ 351 from the Scultura series, equipped with a milk frothing nozzle, impresses with its cappuccino system: it mixes steam, air, and milk to produce creamy foam for cappuccinos. Two separate thermostats control water and steam. The removable 1.4-liter water tank ensures easy filling. Thanks to the interchangeable filters for coffee grounds, the machine can prepare one or two cups of coffee at a time, depending on your needs. It can also brew aromatic espresso in cups using pre-portioned E.S.E. pads (Easy Serving Espresso) with a 15-bar pressure pump. The practical pads are filled with exactly seven grams of coffee grounds for perfect espresso enjoyment at the push of a button. The portafilter is always ready for use due to its self-ventilation system, which ventilates itself and automatically builds up pressure. The cup rest area also serves as a warming plate.
