The SJM610 kettle proves to be a true all-round talent, as different types of tea require different brewing temperatures. With the Persona kettle, the temperature can be selected between 70 and 100 °C. All parameters can be easily adjusted on the user-friendly LCD display. The variable temperature setting can be chosen in 5 °C increments from 70 to 100 °C. An acoustic signal indicates the end of the boiling process, which is extremely quiet. Additionally, the kettle features a keep-warm function. The timeless design of Kenwood is also reflected in the Persona breakfast series kettle, showcasing a distinctive and elegant finish of the housing.

Alle Wasserkocher lassen sich intuitiv bedienen. Für wenig Stellfläche sind die Wasserkocher mit Bedienelementen am Handgriff gut geeignet (Grundig, Unold, WMF). Mehr Übersicht bieten Bedienelemente auf dem Sockel, diese Geräte beanspruchen natürlich etwas mehr Platz. Besser ablesbar sind seitlich am Behälter platzierte Wasserstandsanzeiger (Tefal, Unold und Carrera mit sogar beidseitiger Anzeige)...
Der Kenwood SJM610 ist ein schickes, komfortables Gerät, das Wasser rasch auf Wunschtemperatur bringt und dort bei Bedarf hält. Wer so gerne Tee trinkt wie ich und für dieses „Mehr” gegenüber günstigen Wasserkochern bereit ist, 129 Euro (UVP) auszugeben, sollte das Kenwood-Modell in Betracht ziehen.
Der Wasserkocher von Kennwood ist in der Lage bis zu 1,7 Liter zu kochen. Um den Kocher zu nutzen ist es nötig mindestens 0,5 Liter hineinzufüllen. Um die Menge von einem Liter zum Kochen zu bringen, benötigt der Kenwood 4:10 Minuten. Zudem verfügt er über einen isolierten Griff, der nicht heiß wird.
