The dough hooks can be used if necessary. I wouldn't use the baking tin/cup because it has a bearing and this could be damaged from below/outside by aggressive water from the dishwasher. As far as I can see, the bearing is only sealed from above, on the inside. Surely the Teflon coating of the baking dish and the dough hooks will suffer over time. Just like with Teflon pans, when you clean them in the dishwasher.
