Good bread baker with potential for improvement

Recipe for a good 500 g original spelt wholemeal bread (without the breadmaker's spelt programme):
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    303 g wholemeal spelt flour
    30 g coarsely
    ground linseed
    6.7 g fine-grained salt
    258 g water
Add 4.2 g dry yeast to the yeast dispenser

Programme 7: Wholemeal bread, size = M (medium = smallest selectable size), start
At the end the baker beeps with status = END: Take the baking tin out of the baker immediately and let it cool down so that the bread can be baked.
cool down so that the bread does not dry out.
If the temperature of the bread tin has dropped below 45°: Remove the bread.

If the dough hook sticks after removing the bread, fill the baking tin with water and wait half an hour. After that, the dough hook can be easily pulled out.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I bake good spelt breads with the "non-spelt" bread maker, for example:
Recipe for a very good 500g original spelt bread without linseed with the SD-YR2250:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
289 g water: dissolve the following 4 ingredients in it:
    4.8 g fine-grained salt
    4.8 g ginger powder
2 sourdough spoons of vitamin C (= ascorbic acid, available in every pharmacy)
1.9 g psyllium husks (dissolve separately if necessary)

296 g original spelt wholemeal flour (add to the first five ingredients)
7.4 g olive oil (pour over the flour)

4.2 g dry yeast in the yeast dispenser

Programme 7, bread size L (to make it crispier)
    -------------------------------------------------------------------

    Brush application
    ----------------------------------
I modified a pastry brush with a beech wood handle.
I sawed off the end of the handle and sanded it at an angle.
This can be used to scrape the dough down the edge of the baking tin before the hot baking phase.
    See picture.

    Pro

    • Very quiet kneading process
    • No power supply humming or buzzing
    • Good workmanship of the bread maker
    • Separate yeast dispenser
    • When removing the bread, the dough hook remains in the baking tin.
    • Membrane keys (capacitive keys would be less reliable)
    • Swiss mains plug
    • Non-slip feet

    Contra

    • No mains switch built in
    • No possibility to save and run own baking programmes
    • Browning can be selected for less than half of the bread programmes
    • The smallest loaves must be made (instructions) with 400g of flour, which makes about 600g of loaves
    • Yeast dispensers made of plastic attract the yeast statically. A metal one would solve the problem
    • Lid is not flat and not removable
    • LCD type display is difficult to read (LED would be better).

    Perfect bread maker

Bakes excellent bread. I would never have expected so! Also the delayed baking function is top! For example, you can put the ingredients in at 9pm in the evening and then choose to have the bread ready to bake at 10am the other morning. This also works great. Nice awakening with freshly baked bread.

    Pro

    • Processing / Quality
    • Baking programs
    • Result

    Contra

    • Old fashioned display
    • Complicated manual

Ingenious part! Unreserved purchase recommendation :-)

Great part! I used to bake my bread the classic way, I definitely don't do that anymore. Panasonic obviously understands the baking processes and applies them in an exemplary manner :-)

    Pro

    • Everything

    Contra

    • Individual programming rather difficult

    This makes baking fun

The Panasonic SD-YR2550 is my first baking machine. So I don't have anything to compare it with. But with this appliance, I can make almost any bread, with or without gluten. The sultana bread made from sweet yeast dough that I baked with it was fantastically delicious. Trying out bread recipes is my new hobby - which unfortunately also shows on the scales.

    Pro

    • Easy bread baking
    • Good instructions
    • Infinite possibilities
    • Practical gelingsicher
    • .You can be creative by letting the appliance do only part of the work
    • The bread comes out of the baking tin easily

    Contra

    • The bread should be darker
    • .Dough concrete settles in the crack around the dough hook, I can't get the hook out again
    • I burnt myself when shaking it out of the fire-hot mould with the annoying handle

    Super

We have made various breads, all delicious. I use vegan butter and maple syrup instead of white refined sugar. We keep the bread in a bread bag. It makes the crust soft but keeps the bread nice and fluffy. I would buy the same one again

    Pro

    • Super bread maker! Delicious bread, easy to handle.
    • The browning is perfect
