Gentle preservation of fruit, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, meat, and fish. Ideal for snacks, in yogurt and muesli, as fruit chips to nibble on, for modern healthy cuisine, and for garnishing and refining dishes. Features a sturdy, double-walled stainless steel housing, electronic operation via touch control sensors, LED display, 24-hour timer, and automatic switch-off function with a signal tone. It operates very quietly with even temperature distribution on all levels. The temperature is adjustable from 35 °C to 75 °C with electronically controlled temperature regulation and overheating protection. It includes an extra-long mains cable (1.9 m) with cable rewind and practical recessed grips on the sides. Comes with 10 sturdy stainless steel drying trays (39.5 x 39.5 cm), an extra-large drying area of 1.6 m², 2 drying grids, and 2 drying mats (BPA free).
