This is made possible by its sophisticated technology with 12 pre-set programs. Using the selection button, you can set the bread weight and choose from three different browning levels. The modern, easy-to-read LCD display shows all the information about the program's progress. The timer button allows you to program the Backmeister up to 13 hours in advance. The powerful motor transmits its strength to the kneader via a belt drive. Everything is housed in a sturdy Cool-Touch casing without any sharp corners or edges.
