Mr Arztmann's explanation refers to the other three filters. But what is this one all about? It costs about 20 francs more than the others. Unfortunately, the description of the article does not say what it can do.

The product is 4-layer, carbon | HEPA H13 | filtration of particles larger than 0.3 µm | removal of suspended particles (dust, pollen, animal fur) | absorption (formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, odour, smoke).
