The 5-metre long Deltaco EV-1225 charging cable has a maximum charging power of 3.6 kW at 16 A. The 1-phase charging cable is equipped with a protective contact plug on type 2 connection, which is suitable for most modern e-cars. The earthing contact plug allows you to charge at the usual household socket with CEE 7/7 connection (Schuko, Germany).

The IP66 certification protects the cable from dust and strong jets of water, making it ideal for charging your e-car in wind and weather. The charging cable is suitable for all modern vehicles with a type 2 connection, including AUDI, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen and Volvo. The connections of the charging cable are silver-plated. The 1-phase cable is made of TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light.

The charging cable is monitored by bidirectional communication. This means that there is an exchange between the vehicle and the charger. Before charging starts, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and the car can be charged.
