The LAPP Mobility Dock is a practical solution for supplying electric vehicles in Switzerland with power, even without a charging station, charging column, or wall box. As an emergency charger, it is the perfect companion on the go for charging plug-in hybrids (PHEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV). The LAPP charger allows for easy, mobile charging via standard Swiss household sockets (plug type J) and is ideal for use on the road or in your home garage. The charging station for Mode 3 charging cables can be conveniently stored in the trunk due to its compact design of 255 mm x 135 mm x 114 mm. The EV emergency charger is oil-resistant and supports a charging power of up to 1.8 kW at a nominal voltage of 230 V. The operating temperature ranges from -25 °C to 45 °C. An integrated release lever disconnects the attached Type 2 charging cable after the charging process with just one hand movement. A foldable torque support for wall mounting reduces the weight of the dock and cable on the connected socket. The device features a practical LED operating indicator in the housing and offers particularly high safety with overcurrent and overvoltage protection, as well as temperature monitoring in the power plug and in-cable control box (ICCB).
