Design and principle of operation : The incoming compressed air drives a turbine with integrated unbalances and generates a vibration. The speed is infinitely variable via the air pressure. Applications : The compressed air turbine vibrator of the NCT series is always used when bulk materials have to be moved or when processes have to be mechanically stimulated. Suitable for the food industry. The unit can be operated with oil-free compressed air without any restrictions. The dust- and waterproof housing allows use even under extreme conditions. The permissible range of ambient temperature is between -20 ºC and +120 ºC. A 2/2-way valve is required for operation (not included in the scope of delivery).
