The year is 50 B.C. All of Gaul is occupied by the Romans... All of Gaul? No. A village populated by indomitable Gauls will not stop resisting the invader. Together, the inseparable trio of friends Asterix, Obelix and Idefix experience unforgettable adventures that often take the brave Gauls to distant lands. After each journey, they return to their peaceful village and recover from the scuffles with the Romans at a feast. The big table is already set and a delicious game is roasting on a spit over the fire. Before the party can begin, Obelix quickly places his menhir at Asterix's hut and puts a few bones in the bowl for Dogmatix. And then it's on to the wild boar.
