15 hand mixers tested
Would you like a sweet treat in the form of brownies, meringues or cupcakes this time? Bakers know that the base for such treats can be prepared in just a few minutes: after all, flour, milk etc. can be mixed just as easily as eggs. Only your arms get tired after a while. If you want to save your muscles and make everything much easier, all you have to do is bring a modern hand mixer into your home. This is because it is so easy to use - unlike a bulky machine, for example, which you have to unpack before every baking project and put away again afterwards. A hand mixer gives you much more room for manoeuvre and is effortless to use. What's also nice is that if you want to use the hand mixer for more than just the areas described above, you can also do this with many models: some are already equipped with a wide range of accessories ex works, which can also be used to carry out employees outside of mixing. This time we have looked at 15 different hand mixers - many of them are limited to the basics, e.g. a double pack of beaters, while the manufacturers of other models put together a much more extensive accessory package. In the following, we show how the hand mixers are operated, how they perform in smaller and larger mixing projects and how they fare in terms of noise levels, power consumption, etc.
