Conditions of Participation

All natural persons who are resident in Germany, 18 years or over and have a Galaxus Deutschland account are eligible to take part in competitions. Participation is free of charge and does not require purchasing any goods. Employees of Galaxus Deutschland GmbH as well as Digitec Galaxus AG are excluded from all competitions. Each participant may only enter competitions once to avoid being excluded.  Participation is only possible within the participation period. Delayed entries will not be considered. To enter the prize draw, the answer to the competition question must be transmitted online. The winner will be drawn on the business day following the closing date for entries. From all entries, one winner will receive the prize named on the competition page. The winner will be notified by Galaxus via e-mail and must confirm the win within 14 days. No correspondence will be entered into nor is there a right of appeal. Further information can be found in our privacy statement.
