The bench offers numerous adjustment options so that you can perform a variety of exercises for different muscle groups. Whether bench presses, shoulder presses, curls or dips - according to the manufacturer, there are virtually no limits to your training sessions with this bench. It combines three training modes and 15 sports accessories, such as integrated three-kilo dumbbells and a standing boxing ball.

Adjustable training load

The backrest is covered with breathable Leathaire fabric. It can be folded in and tilted by 45 or 85 degrees. The "Flying Bird" tensioning arm can also be adjusted in three stages: 45, 90 and 135 degrees. You can also adjust the training load. Exercises can be performed on the fitness bench with a weight progression of ten, 20 and 30 kilograms. In addition, two sets of five and ten-kilogram resistance bands can be combined in different ways.

Despite its versatility, the FBB1C can be folded up to save space and moved on castors. When folded, the bench measures 117 x 34 x 41.5 centimetres (W x D x H). A robust construction is designed to ensure a safe and stable training environment. The total weight of the fitness bench is 36 kilograms.
