Product details

With the EOS 2000D and its 24.1 megapixels, it's easy to capture great DSLR-quality photos and cinematic Full HD video, even in low-light conditions. Share instantly and control the camera remotely with
Wi-Fi, NFC and the Canon Camera Connect app.

Take the next step to a 24.1-megapixel sensor with an area up to 19 times larger than many smartphones - so you can capture your stories with attractive background blur and even in challenging lighting conditions. Live View shooting with easy-to-follow cues is provided by the Creative Auto mode - and there are numerous Creative Filters for a unique finish. All you have to do is aim at the subject and release - the automatic subject detection ensures first-class results.

With precise autofocus, continuous shooting at up to 3 frames per second, and DIGIC 4+ image processor, you'll capture the moment just as you remember it. Composing images is easy with the optical viewfinder, and the results can be viewed directly on the 7.5cm LCD.

Using Wi-Fi with NFC and the Canon Camera Connect app, you can transfer your stories directly to your mobile device, from where you can share them on social media or back them up to irista - or use your mobile device as a remote control for the camera. The Canon Photo Companion app gives you a useful guide to DSLR photography (available as a free download for Android and iOS). When you're ready, you can expand your options with more lenses and accessories, or take control of the camera yourself.
