The integrated privacy filter ensures that the display light is only emitted when the device is viewed from the front. From a lateral viewing angle of 30 degrees, the privacy filter protection refracts the light and the display appears black. The glass therefore offers effective protection against sideways glances from people sitting next to you on the train, plane or bus, for example.
