Filament Spectrum PLA Pro is made from raw materials specifically designed for 3D printing. PLA Pro combines two desirable features: easy printing like standard PLA material, while its properties are comparable to those of ABS. After printing, Spectrum PLA Pro filament exhibits nearly 50% higher impact resistance than ABS material. Therefore, when printing with Spectrum PLA Pro, you avoid issues such as shrinkage or unpleasant odors associated with ABS printing.

The printed objects are more durable and impact-resistant than regular PLA. Thin structures are therefore more flexible and less prone to breaking. Spectrum PLA Pro filament can be treated in an oven at approximately 95 °C for 10-15 minutes, similar to HT PLA. After cooling, the model achieves an increased thermal resistance of up to about 85 °C and nearly double the impact toughness of ABS. The material also features an increased flow index, which simplifies printing and results in smoother surfaces.
