Training types such as jogging, crosstrainer, cycling and more are automatically recognized by Alta HR and recorded in your dashboard. One battery charge lasts up to 7 days, so you need to charge less and move more. The duration and quality of your sleep are automatically monitored. You will then be gently woken up by a silent alarm.

You'll receive call, SMS and calendar notifications on the display so you won't miss an important message. Choose a clock display that displays the statistics you want to see and has a design that suits your taste. Sitting for a long time is not good for your health. The Alta HR keeps you moving by reminding you to reach an hourly goal of 250 steps.
